My card information was lost or stolen. What do I do now?

If your card or checkbook has been lost or stolen, please report it immediately to Credit Union of Colorado at 1-800-444-4816 during regular business hours. Your VISA debit or credit card can be reported at 1-855-477-1139 after hours. You can also use the CUofCO Cards app to instantly turn your card on or off, receive real-time alerts, and more.

You have the option to get a replacement card through digital issuing, mail, or in person at one of our branch locations.
